Non-urgent advice: Parking & Directions
Directions: Entering Stillington from the East (Thorpe Thewles, Whitton, Redmarshall, Carlton, Stockton, etc) take a right turn immediately after passing under the railway bridge into Messines Lane. Entering Stillington from the West (Bishopton, Great Stainton, etc) turn left at the top of the bank, before the railway bridge into Messines Lane.
Click here for directions from other locations.
Parking: Adjacent to the Surgery building. There is space for five cars only, one for disabled patients. Bell Square has sufficient space for four cars, opposite the Post Office/Local Store. Alongside the railway embankment there is sufficient space for five cars. The far right space has an extra wide section which is useful for loading pushchairs. We appreciate that parking space is limited and at busy times the allocated parking spaces are often full. Therefore it is sometimes necessary for patients to park on the nearby roads. We politely ask that patients please respect residents living near the Surgery, as well as pedestrians, and do not obstruct footpaths and driveways.
Disabled Access: There is access through the main door. We have a wheelchair available for use in surgery. If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.
